For fish week we ate Swedish fish in blue jello and goldfish. We made fish bowls. Then we went fishing using paper fish, paperclips, and magnets. After they caught their fish, we glued them in our bowl. The next day we made oceans in a bag with foam fish, marbles, and hair gel. The boys loved it all!

Egg Week
Last week we did eggsperiments with eggs! We soaked them in cola, which stained them. The kids then got to brush the hardboiled eggs with toothbrushes and toothpaste. We talked about how soda stains our teeth, so we need to drink less soda and brush our teeth. We also made a naked egg by soaking one in vinegar. The shell dissolves, so you can see the yoke inside. It can bounce some, too. We bounced it one too many times, and it busted all over the floor. Thankfully we were on tile. We also tried to float eggs in saltwater, but it didn't work. We then ate the hardboiled eggs for snack. Yummy!

Dino week
The boys dug up some fossils. Then they matched the dinosaurs to the fossils.
They also enjoyed snack time at their new table.
